应激性生殖内分泌功能低下动物模型(2)

  身心应激是生殖内分泌疾病、男女性功能低下或障碍的重要诱因。所以,用应激方法造成生殖内分泌功能低下或紊乱动物模型,观察药物的作用能很好地预测药物的临床疗效。而且,应激性生殖内分泌功能低下或紊乱动物模型具有稳定、重现性好、可操作性强、无须特殊仪器设备的优点。综上所述,应激性生殖内分泌功能低下或紊乱动物模型在防治生殖内分泌疾病,男女性功能降低及延缓生殖内分泌功能衰老的药物研究中具有重要的作用。
