综上所述，全耳再造术为分期手术，耗时长，有一定的并发症发生率，手术过程复杂精细，涉及多项基本的整形外科技术。要求整形外科医生具备高度的责任心、深厚的理论功底、扎实的基本功和及时判断、处理常见并发症的能力。自体肋软骨移植结合耳后皮肤软组织扩张术行耳再造能获得理想的术后效果，是目前国内外耳再造的首选术式。
